Our customers shall consistently find in our products the quality that is desired and expected. Our product are manufactured, tested and supplied to a standard that is always to the customer’s expectations.

To achieve our goal, we have established and maintain effective systems and procedures to control quality of material, whilst ensuring proper utilization of plant resources and compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.

Manufacturing Excellence

As a solution provider, a thorough understanding of users’ requirements through the Advanced Product Quality Planning concept is implemented at the beginning of every product development cycle, leading to finalization of the product that surpass customer expectations.

The products are then manufactured on state-of-the-art machinery which undergo Total Preventive Maintenance measures thus ensuring overall equipment efficiency. To achieve consistency of quality and machine uptime, the Jishu Hozen concept is implemented.

The continuous flow of material is ensured by adopting Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Gates are in place at every stage of the process. Customer requirements are serviced on time and in full and are well supported by Super Markets and Kanban system.

Customer feedback is thoroughly analysed using the 8D process and corrective measures, if necessary are implemented.

As a recognition, Garware Technical Fibres was rated in the Global Top Quartile by McKinsey in their worldwide lean assessment study.
